Newcomers... The Yellow Envelope Project is part of our Rayvolution. We at Highlowaha are convinced, when you catch someone in the act of shining and encourage their excellence, that together we can make the world a brighter place. Readers nominate everyday people who they think are deserving and each Saturday we select the name of one person to be the recipient of that week's project.
Your task? Take five or ten minutes to send a short note letting this week's recipient know you are appreciative for the difference she makes in her corner of the world. No bells, no whistles, no big pay check, or award - just selflessly making a difference in the lives of others, because it's the right thing to do.
It is my privelage to introduce to you this week's Yellow Envelope Project recipient - Debbie.
"My son was born at 23 weeks. Once we were discharged, Debbie was placed as my case manager who I ccontacted for any referrals needed. She served as a liason between me an the insurance company. Any time I called, which averaged about once a week, she was on top of the task. I have always said she goes above and beyond. It difficult having a mircropreemie turned special needs child, but she has made at least one apect of it much eaiser."
