S'more Please

About a month ago I received this Micro S'more Cooker from a friend who met the inventor. She thought I might get a kick out of using it with my family. Boy, was she right.

If you are still looking for a fun, but inexpensive, gift idea for neighbor; distant cousin - twice removed; mom with whom you share car pool; or your child's class holiday exchange, then read on.

Only $9.95 makes it worth hearing s'more.

The Campfire Classic... graham cracker, chocolate, marshmallow, graham cracker artfully placed on the base of the Micro S'more Cooker.
Place top of cooker over the ingredients onto the base. Place in microwave. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...
Done! The boys loved watching the marshmallows expand in the microwave and there was virtually NO mess. They gobbled them up and begged for s'more.
Even better. The Micro S'more Cooker comes with a Recipe Guide. Below is the Maple Syrup Swirl - the s'more of choice for Pola, my exchange student. Vanilla wafer cookies, maple syrup, cinnamon, and marshmallow. Yum.
We all agreed it looked like an egg, sunny side up.
Pola said it tasted way better and she wanted s'more.
My s'more of choice was Peppermint Kiss - 2 graham crackers, Peppermint Patty, Marshmallow, and chocolate kiss. Yum, I had s'more.
Ricky had the Peanut Butter Choco Cup (Graham Crackers, marshmallow, and broken up pieces of a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup) and Richard had the Raspberry Kiss (2 graham crackers, raspberry preserves, marshmallow, and chocolate kiss). They couldn't believe how yummy the s'mores tasted and how easy they were to make. They both had s'more... and then s'more again.

For $9.95, the Micro S'more Cooker "stacks" up well against other fun family gifts.

That is a great gift idea! My husband and I were just talking about a new s'more combination last night and I have been wracking my brain trying to remember what it was! If I remember then I will come back and post it.

What about a surprise s'more? You could get a box of chocolates and randomly pick one to pair with a marshmallow and graham crackers.

I love it! I wish I had heard about it before I purchased a couple of gifts. I was going to go ahead and get them at 2 for $9.95 but you do have a little typo. They're $19.95 each and the way I'm reading it is that you only get free handling on the second one... I don't know, maybe I'm reading it wrong. Someone else click on the ad and tell me.

Still! If I hadn't already purchased some gifts I would totally fill a cute bucket up with this and some ingredients!!! Good family fun.

Yum...Ricky's peanut butter s'more sounds right up my alley! This is a really cute gift. I also see the residents in my hall getting a lot of use out of this...maybe a gift I'll give to the hall upon our return! S'more night!

I've been thing s'more recipes all morning! I think mine would be with the traditional graham cracker, marshmallow but with Rolo's in it. Yummy caramel.

ATTENTION: Cheryl and others... I just went back and re-listened to the ad. While it is true the front page says something about $19.95, the narrator of the ad says $9.95 and a screen pops up at the end that also says $9.95.

I even think it said $9.95 when I googled it last night. Maybe the $19.95 is the normal price when you purchase two.

Either way, I think they would have to honor the $9.95 price advertised on their site, assuming it was a mistake.

I called. I would totally get two at $9.95 because what a steal....

The guy did say he was very sorry but his pricing was 19.95 for two plus $7.99 s&h. Still! Not a bad deal. I just wanted that first deal.

What to do, what to do... I think I might still get two. One for the boys and one for someone else that I haven't purchased a gift for.

I placed my order but to guarantee it before Christmas... too much money. And once you order your first two you get another offer where you can get one for $14.95 +sh and they'll honor the buy one get one free deal... I'm not sure how many I was ordering! So maybe that was the issue. :)

I'm a peanut butter lover, so I would totally go for a peanut butter cup in place of the chocolate.

DH reminded me what his combo was! S'moreos! Two Oreos with chocolate and a marshmallow in the middle. Mmmmmmm...
